If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our policy below on refunds and returns. 

General Return Policy

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days with the exception of swimsuits and swim cover-ups, which may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of original purchase. 
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are in “new” condition, with all tags attached. To be eligible for return, swim bottoms and one-piece suits must have protective liner still attached. To be considered “new,” items must be unworn, with original tags and labels attached and be free of signs of wear, including deodorants, perfumes, creases, odors, and bent wires. 

The following Goods cannot be returned for any reason:

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Hosiery and tights
  • Lingerie items including, but not limited to bodysuits, chemises, bralettes and panties, and lingerie robes.
  • Items purchased on clearance
  • Special orders 
  • The supply of goods made to your specifications, altered for you, or personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You are welcome to bring the goods back to the store for a refund or exchange. If you would like to send items to us, you should send the goods to the following address:

At no time should items be left outside our building by yourself or a carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items left outside.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If you send or leave items that are outside of the dates of our return policy or are not in “new condition,” we will notify you and give you the option to pick them up or pay to have them shipped to you. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days of contacting you regarding the non-returnable goods, they will be considered forfeited by you.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Lace & Day, accessible from shop.laceandday.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order up to the time that your order is shipped. After that time, our return policy will be in effect.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which You cancel Your Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a credit will be issued on your account at Lace & Day.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Policy

Goods purchased on laceandday.com can be shipped only within the Continental United States. Orders of in-stock goods will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. Backordered goods and special order goods will be shipped within 2 business days of their arrival in the store. If a portion of an order is delayed due to backorder or special order, the entire order shipping may be delayed until all items have arrived. Some items cannot be shipped and will be labeled as such in their item descriptions on laceandday.com.

Shipping Options:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS): Shipping within the Continental United States will be free of charge with a pre-tax transaction exceeding $100. Orders under that total will be charged a flat fee of $5. 
  • Order online, pickup in store: This is offered free of charge. Customers may come to the store during our business hours to pick up their goods. For a contact-free option, customers may call the store to have a sales associate bring their package to their car and place it in their trunk or back seat.
