Do I Need an Appointment?
The short answer -yes. We prefer that anyone looking to work with a bra fitter makes an appointment. This could be for bras, sport bras, or swimwear. If you are just looking to try on sleepwear or activewear there’s no need for an appointment, but reserving a fitting room (this also can be done online) helps us to have a room ready for you!
Walk-ins are always welcome, but having an appointment helps us be prepared for you and minimizes wait time - especially during our sales! Looking for an appointment the day of? You can schedule online up to an hour before the appointment time. When in doubt, give us a call and we will do our best to fit you in. ❤️
What's the return policy?
The return policy for regular-priced merchandise is 14 days and items must be returned with tags and in new condition.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, so make sure you love what you got!
Caution for gift buyers, if you start buying gifts now (the early bird gets the worm!) things won’t be returnable after the holidays.
If I'm coming in for a fitting and bringing a friend do they need an appointment too?
Yes, please! If you're bringing a friend and they may want to have a bra fitting, we recommend having a separate appointment for them. This way we know how many are coming and we can have the staff to accommodate that so everyone has the best experience possible.
